The PQ640H pneumatic eccentric hemispherical valve has the characteristics of frictionless opening and closing, less wear on the seal, and small opening and closing torque. It uses a hemispherical body to rotate around the eccentric axis to control the pipeline medium. During the opening and closing process, there is no friction between the ball and the sealing surface of the valve seat, reducing the wear of the seal and greatly improving its service life. Due to the structural principle of the pneumatic eccentric half globe valve being very similar to the operating form of the three eccentric butterfly valve, some people refer to the eccentric half globe valve as a butterfly valve with a spherical valve disc.

Characteristics of Pneumatic Eccentric Hemisphere Valve:
1. The ball and seat of PQ640H pneumatic eccentric ball valve are completely detached, eliminating the wear of the sealing ring and overcoming the problem of traditional ball valve seat and ball sealing surface always wearing. Non metallic elastic material is embedded in the metal seat, and the metal surface of the valve seat is well protected.
2. The V-shaped notch of the pneumatic eccentric ball valve has a cutting function, which can cut off impurities (tree branches, textile bags, etc.) in the medium when closed, ensuring the normal opening and closing of the valve.
3. 2. The hemisphere of the valve is made of bimetallic material, and different alloys are welded onto the base material. The valve seat is also welded with corresponding special treatment, and the sealing surface is composed of various types such as anti-corrosion, wear-resistant, and high-strength to meet the needs of different occasions.

When fully opened, the ball completely disengages from the valve seat with a certain gap, and the turning radius is divided into long radius and short radius. The tangent of the long radius rotation trajectory forms a θ angle with the sealing surface of the valve seat. When the valve is opened and closed, the half spherical body has a gradual disengagement and compression effect on the valve seat surface, thereby reducing mechanical wear and abrasion between the valve seat and the half spherical body during opening and closing, and improving the service life.
